Our story starts back in the early 2000's, in Manchester, where our Director, Emily Mort, started her career in the insurance industry.  Over the next 15 years Emily experienced many different aspects of the insurance industry, including direct insurer to client sales, underwriting, claims and broking.

Through the experiences she gained, and the people she met in this time, Emily formed a vision of how modern broking, and traditional customer service should work hand in hand, to provide clients with the best possible experience.  

From this vision Millstone Insurance Services was created. Based in her home town of Bolton, Millstone Insurance Services has an ethos of working in partnership with each of our clients, taking the time to understand their business or personal aspirations, as they see them.  By doing this, Millstone Insurance Services is able to offer expert advice, and provide bespoke products and services, tailored to each individual clients needs.
